Thomas G. Mahon will discuss his original research on the "extenet and importance of the IRA;s international network" during the fascinating inter-war period, the years right after the establishment of the Irish Free State and the Civil War. The talk will include consideration of decrypted documents and other archival research, as well as discussion of this period in the longer-term history of Irish militant nationalism.
